I am going to just leave my experience here and let you decide if you want to do business with them:BEDBefore I ordered our Worth Bed, I reached out to see if it could be held because we didn't have our address yet but I knew I wanted it. They said "yes" and they would reach out to logistics and hold it until we were ready. A little over a week later it shipped and since our relocation was pushed, we have to accept the bed, put it in a Uhaul, and move it ourselves (It was over 300 pounds). They DIDN'T offer to refund the "white glove delivery at the time".TABLEWe ordered a dining room table that was in stock and said would ship between 10/17 and 10/25. After 4 weeks, I asked for an update on shipping to the local delivery and they said it would be the next week. It didn't ship the next week so I followed up and asked to cancel at that point. It had been 5 weeks for an order in stock. They said it was because we lived in a place they don't deliver to often. Los Angeles - we live in Los Angeles............. Delivery estimate then turned into 12 weeks later and I cancelled. They charged a $600 restock fee for something that was never shipped or stocked at all. They also refused to refund the white glove fee for the bed and said the carrier said I refused it. Even though I had proof of the conversation where they shipped too early.I'm not an expert, but in total, that is $700 they made via fake claims and fraud.You decide if you want to buy from them after that.
