Purchased a $2,000 new bed which was delivered defective. The parts did not align properly. The delivery staff told us the bed would be exchanged. The next day their customer service [Juan Yepes and Gloria Medina] informed us "they considered it ...'within tolerance for a handmade frame" and refused to exchange the bed. Terribly dishonest.
