Cannot believe this seller is still operational...

I am shocked that this seller is still in business. They use images from other companies and deliver poor imitations. My attempts to contact them at their listed address resulted in returned mail marked 'gone away.' The cost to return items exceeds their value. I've reported them, but no action seems to have been taken. Please avoid ordering from this seller.

Placed an order for eyeliner weeks ago, received a strange email...

I ordered an eyeliner two weeks ago and received an email this morning thanking me for my order and offering a 20% discount. I can't reach them, and the email provided does not seem to exist. Their aftercare service is terrible, and I won't be ordering from this seller again.

Horrible customer service experience...

I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase! I ordered shoes for my bridesmaids and received only half of my order. Despite having the same order number, they refused to refund me because it had been over 15 days since the first part was delivered. They are unprofessional and seem to only care about scamming customers. DO NOT order from this seller!
