Creates a barrier between me and my clients

This service creates a disconnect between me and my clients. It messages them from its own number, causing them to respond to it instead of me. Similarly, it emails them from its own address, leading to the same issue. The platform solicits reviews from my clients, making them feel like they’re helping me by giving high ratings, but these aren't visible on major review sites, which is unhelpful. I can’t ask my clients for feedback again, which feels inconsiderate. Additionally, trying to link to my Google reviews in their reports is impossible. There are numerous issues, especially with email marketing. After discussing my problems with their support team, I am told that this is how the system is designed, and they’ll submit a request for changes. However, after several months, nothing has improved. The onboarding representative suggested a card reader that turned out to be incorrect, and when I sought a refund, I was told I needed proof of a verbal conversation. We're losing clients because of this service, and if they truly cared, they would proactively address these issues instead of placing blame on me.
