Initially, I admit I didn’t fully grasp the details of this dog grooming online booking system before subscribing. After launching, we learned that our clients must pay to book their pets through the system. We already pay a monthly fee and higher credit card processing charges, so it’s unclear why our clients need to pay as well. Online booking saves us time, yet customers are charged extra. Now, we have to find a new grooming system and restart the lengthy process. We raised this issue with the service, but they stated it couldn't be changed, although they might consider shifting the fee to us in the future. I’m frustrated that our move to online booking has resulted in setbacks.
