Moego creates a disconnect with my customers. They message my clients from their number, leaving my customers to respond to them instead of me. Additionally, they send emails from their account, resulting in my clients replying to Moego rather than reaching out to me. Moego solicits reviews from my customers on their platform, which gives the impression that they are helping me achieve 5 stars, but these reviews are not visible on Google or Yelp, offering me no real benefit. My customers can't find me through Moego, and I can't ask them to rate me again, which feels inconsiderate. If I attempt to include a link to my Google reviews in their text report, it cannot be made clickable. There are too many issues to cover in this review, especially regarding email marketing. I've contacted their support line about every problem I've encountered, and while a representative kindly explains how the system is supposed to function, they merely promise to submit a change request. After 3-4 months with them, no changes have been made. Furthermore, the person who onboarded us recommended the wrong card reader based on our needs, and when we needed to purchase the correct one, they refused to refund us for the incorrect one, insisting we prove the recommendation was made verbally. We are losing clients because of Moego. If they genuinely cared, they wouldn't leave a polite comment blaming me; they would address the issues directly.
