My back is still hurting like hell one week after picking up the sofa, which was not disassembled as the staff promised before purchase. First lie. Second lie ‘we’ve done our best to take as many parts down as possible to make the collection smoother’. Third lie ‘we’ve got the video recording and we didn’t see anything wrong’. To this day I’ve not received it. Your attitude is shocking. This company is an absolute JOKE!!
