My back is still hurting like hell one week after picking up the sofa, which was not disassembled as the staff promised before purchase. First lie. Second lie ‘we’ve done our best to take as many parts down as possible to make the collection smoother’. Third lie ‘we’ve got the video recording and we didn’t see anything wrong’. To this day I’ve not received it. Your attitude is shocking.
This company is an absolute JOKE!!

Hello,Pretty nice furniture models but online ordering is more like a click bait. Tried to order a sofa, after confirming the order I received an email that it will be delivered in 3+months. At least if they would have displayed that on the site. Really? Nowadays such a large delivering time?!
I do not recommend it to anyone. In Zagreb Croatia, 7 months of delay, cannot answer an email with two coherent sentences, I paid for deeper elements and installation, received elements that do not fit in my kitchen and were delivered incompletely and left it unassembled and they say they have a problem ordering the appropriate parts from Germany, made the wrong measurements, made me change the electricity completely and cut the wall without the correct measurements, and after I did that they changed the installation plan so that they could deliver the wrong goods to me. In the end, the lawyer took over and now a lawsuit is going to be filed against both worker and Momax.
I paid for a product that has still not been delivered after 11 days. Hermes confirmed it was sent to the wrong address. I informed Mömax, including via social media and email, but they have taken no action and shift all responsibility onto the customer. Communication and support are completely lacking – very disappointing service!
I have ordered table from Mömax on the 20.10.2025. I received it on the 28th damaged and asked for replacement. I am still without a table. Super unprofessional, careless company. Today is the 3rd of November and they said that I will get the table by the end of this week. Wow….
I ordered alot from Mömax for our new home and am always impressed with the products and customer service. I received a lamp that had a large scratch on it. The customer service team answered my email promptly and gave me a few options (exchange for a new lamp, keep the scratched and receive a small rebate, etc.). No one is as good as Amazon at making returns easy, but Mömax is a close 2nd place. Nice job and thank you.

Staff should be empowered to resolve issues during the first contact whenever possible, and always acknowledge and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Proactive, respectful communication and timely follow-up can greatly enhance the customer experience and prevent similar frustrations in the future.
