In the latest meeting with the manager, it was revealed that nothing had been done about our order and that the products had not even been requested from other cities. In other words, the products haven't even been prepared for shipment yet.Furthermore, despite this severe delay, your company offered a 150 Euro discount coupon as a "compensation," but this gesture is not nearly enough to address the inconvenience caused. When considering that my daily loss is approximately 3 Euros, this coupon has little value and does not properly compensate for the significant delays.I expect immediate action to be taken and my order to be delivered as soon as possible.
