Order Nr. MO1211197I am planning a trip from Zurich to New York and ordered a travel adapter and a USB cable. After two weeks, the parcel is still stuck in Hong Kong! This is pure incompetence. I’m traveling this weekend, and it’s now 100% impossible to receive it in time.I placed my order on 08.12, and it wasn’t handed over to the post until 14.12. Six working days just to process an order? That shows total disinterest and zero respect for customers. I’ve tried contacting them via email, Facebook, and even WhatsApp, but of course, they couldn’t be bothered to respond.This company is an absolute disaster. I do NOT recommend them at all!
