After several weeks, I inquired about the order on December 22 and received a very unhelpful response indicating they would only assist if the shipment arrived or was returned. What about when neither happens, especially since the postal service reports the shipment was seized for COUNTERFEIT SHIPPING? The holiday has come and gone, the tracking has not updated, and the service is refusing to address the issue.
