The holiday has passed, the tracking hasn’t updated, and the service is unwilling to help.

This service appears to be based in the US, but once you place an order, you find out that their products ship from overseas. I ordered a holiday gift in early November and it's now December 19 with no sign of my package. The tracking they provide is unreliable. I wish I had checked the reviews before making my purchase.
I purchased a laptop sleeve and a phone tripod, and the tracking indicates that the items were delivered on December 5th, but I never received anything. I emailed the support team several days ago and still haven’t heard back. I sent another email recently; I need answers!
I returned an item because it didn’t fit properly and lacked protection for my device. It took a long time to reach customer service. I received the return label, sent the product back, and got confirmation of delivery, but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received the full refund that was promised by the representative.
I ordered a few items back in October, which I can't review because I haven't received them. I was informed that my address was too long, but I can’t change it, so they asked if I wanted to cancel my order. If you can't fulfill my order, then yes, I want a full refund. I’m still waiting for either the products or a complete refund, but now I'm just being ignored. Additionally, I keep getting spammed with emails from them to order more products.
I've supported this brand since their early projects and thought they were innovative. I liked many of their products, but their customer service has become a disaster. I bought two covers during their last campaign, and one was incorrect. I returned it at my own expense, and they promised to send the correct version. Five months later, I’ve had no response despite multiple follow-ups. I suspect this company is in trouble, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
They promised that I would receive my order in 6-10 business days, but now, after 20 days, my package has not arrived and they are unwilling to assist me, neither canceling the order nor providing any help. I paid a high price for very poor service and have no idea if I will ever receive my order. There are many other stores offering better prices and quality, so I suggest avoiding this one.
I had a terrible experience. I ordered an item for my device but mistakenly chose the wrong one. I contacted support, and they quickly said I could return it for a refund, asking for tracking info, and advised me to reorder the correct item. I returned it to their designated address and provided tracking, but despite many follow-ups, I have yet to receive my promised refund. They are breaching consumer protections. I left a negative review, but they ignored it and my emails. I hope potential buyers see this before making a purchase. The products are average, but not worth the high cost without good customer service.
