The ring my husband ordered was beautiful, and I was thrilled. But the experience we’ve had over the past year with MpossaniteCo has been incredibly disappointing.After just a few months of wearing the original ring, the main moissanite stone came loose. We reached out, and they told us to send it in at our own expense, including paying for insured shipping. That ring ended up lost in the mail, and we went four months without a ring while waiting for the USPS insurance claim to process.We eventually repurchased the exact same ring, and within ONE WEEK of wearing the brand new ring, the main stone is loose again. That’s two rings in a row with the same issue. And even though we’ve now technically owned the ring for a year, I’ve only had it in my possession for maybe 6 months total between all of this.We asked if they could cover the cost for us to have it repaired locally to avoid another shipping disaster and they flat-out said they would do nothing for us unless we ship the ring back to them. After already losing one ring in the mail and going through months of stress, that’s just not acceptable.The ring design itself is beautiful, but the quality and customer service have made this a really upsetting and exhausting experience.Now after doing some deeper digging into the company, I realize there are a lot of others having these same issues. Very disappointing that they can get away with this.
