I am very let down by the service. I ordered a lovely three-stone pendant necklace for my daughter on December 13, using a discount code to ensure it arrived by Christmas Eve. I received no updates from the company until I reached out via email, as the Live Chat was unavailable and there was no phone number. Their response was an apology, stating there was a delay in the manufacturing process, and the necklace would not arrive on time. This lack of communication until I contacted them is frustrating. I had expected better, especially since the service had good reviews. Now, my daughter won't receive her main Christmas gift. I will not be purchasing from them again and should have chosen a different option.
Ashlie answered all my email questions, even sent me photos of rings to check if a certain band fit with a setting, and really helped guide me through the process! She was so kind and responsive that I knew I could be confident in my purchase.Thank you!
I wanted t review several options after getting some information on e-mail. I thought it would be possible to make some substitution from a pendant already on sle, but on which we needed a 20" chain. I felt much better after getting clarification form Ashley as to what possibilities were. I originally though I could order the pendant and get a less expensive chain, but after looking a local alternatives, I felt better using those matched with pendant.
I received my 7mm Moissanite solitaire today and I absolutely ADORE it. Its beauty exceeded my expectations and my jaw practically hit the floor the moment I saw it! Also, this company is a total gem.. no pun intended ;] Their customer service is phenomenal, and we will definitely be doing business again! Thank you so much Moissyco!
The ring my husband ordered was beautiful, and I was thrilled. But the experience we’ve had over the past year with MpossaniteCo has been incredibly disappointing.After just a few months of wearing the original ring, the main moissanite stone came loose. We reached out, and they told us to send it in at our own expense, including paying for insured shipping. That ring ended up lost in the mail, and we went four months without a ring while waiting for the USPS insurance claim to process.We eventually repurchased the exact same ring, and within ONE WEEK of wearing the brand new ring, the main stone is loose again. That’s two rings in a row with the same issue. And even though we’ve now technically owned the ring for a year, I’ve only had it in my possession for maybe 6 months total between all of this.We asked if they could cover the cost for us to have it repaired locally to avoid another shipping disaster and they flat-out said they would do nothing for us unless we ship the ring back to them. After already losing one ring in the mail and going through months of stress, that’s just not acceptable.The ring design itself is beautiful, but the quality and customer service have made this a really upsetting and exhausting experience.Now after doing some deeper digging into the company, I realize there are a lot of others having these same issues. Very disappointing that they can get away with this.
