The actual rating is 4.5 stars but I made it 5 based on the most recent customer service experience. I bought 2 Mokwheel Asphalt ST 2 1/2 years ago. They are wonderful e-bikes and have generally held up very well. Seems to be high quality except in one area: Brackets holding things like power up button module and screen are plastic and will tend to break. Generally an easy fix or work around but in every other area they are high quality. In the 1st year, I had a issue with "brake lever error" which an adjustment was able to solve. They also sent me a replacement brake lever assembly. In the 2nd year I had trouble getting through to customer service. Frustrating although I had no serious issue. Just this past week, I called as my monitor was showing a battery that needed to be charged when it was fully charged. All it needed was a reset on the monitor and got a hold of customer service and they walked me through it. Problem solved. Original shipping was accurate and quick and I am so very pleased with the bikes. My wife and I ride frequently.
