Here the straps do not fit without damaging the strap when first worn. I noted this at the Molequin service and covered it with photos. With this, I asked for a solution proposal.Neither an exchange nor a complaint were possible. I still have an IWC Portofino, on which I also wanted to mount a strap from Molequin. Here I was referred to the MTO page without further service. My solution suggestion here was to exchange the damaged strap for the one for the IWC. Unfortunately without accommodation. Too bad.
