Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere. I placed a “made to order” strap and, each time I followed up, I was given a new expected date. The delivery timeline keeps getting pushed back by months. And after all that, they have the poor customer service and poor judgment of asking for fees instead of waiving them. Just go somewhere else.

When many brands offer similar products, reliability matters. Repeated delays like this are how companies lose customers and go out of business.

You even didn‘t give me an answer, your sizing guide was not correct and that‘s why you made me order wrong, plus i had to pay 15€ for the return!!!! Now i am waiting for my money back. I am not happy at all..

I ordered a watchband but didn't like the color at arrival, it's always difficult to see the right color on a webpage picture. I returned the delivery and got refunded immediatly.I find this very important, i will order again in future

Nice staps. But the quality doesn't match the price in my opinion. After a few uses, the starp started to fall apart. Tried to contact customer service. No help or interest in the problem. I won't order again easily. I contacted customer service many times. Without respond.
