I had ordered two leather straps for my Cartier tank. 1x suede and 1x Saffiano leather.The leather straps I got are very high quality and are very comfortable to wear. One band had unequally wide webs and therefore did not fit in the watch.After a lack of communication with the processing and the incurred return costs, I had already written off the company for myself.Then Michael from Molequin got in touch and took care of my problem.The communication was very fast and he also quickly found a solution, so that I could order the tape again with the right dimensions and am already looking forward to this one.
