Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere. I placed a “made to order” strap and, each time I followed up, I was given a new expected date. The delivery timeline keeps getting pushed back by months. And after all that, they have the poor customer service and poor judgment of asking for fees instead of waiving them. Just go somewhere else.
