I bought a Smart Pen from this brand, but it arrived with a clear defect: it shuts off immediately when disconnected from the USB cable. Although I provided multiple videos showing the issue, I was trapped in a lengthy email exchange where I was repeatedly asked to perform impossible tests. Instead of addressing the defect or escalating my case, they kept sending the same requests. As a long-time user of their products, this was incredibly disappointing. A hardware failure shouldn't lead to such an unproductive support experience. I cannot recommend this pen.
