Despite submitting multiple videos demonstrating the problem, I found myself in a frustrating support loop with over 30 emails, where I was repeatedly asked to conduct tests that were impossible since the device wouldn't stay on. Instead of addressing the documented issue or escalating it for warranty evaluation, the same requests kept coming. Having used products from this brand both personally and professionally, I found this experience extremely disappointing and well below my expectations for a premium brand. A clear hardware failure should not lead to such a lengthy and unproductive support process. Based on this situation, I cannot recommend this pen.

I have been buying notebooks from this brand for years, typically around late November as gifts. Last month, I tried to reorder online but found their website confusing. I ended up paying $57 for something that used to cost $37. When it arrived, it was much heavier and not at all like what I used to enjoy. Unable to call, I resorted to email, but the support team seemed indifferent to my concerns and insisted that I received the correct product. I then decided to try a different retailer and found a much better alternative at a lower price. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I suggest you reach out to your IT team, as this is unacceptable. I received a reply stating they don't accept debit cards, which is baffling. When I visited a local store, I was told they only sell online now. It feels like the management is neglecting the customer experience. If you’re going digital, please ensure your online shopping works. Unfortunately, this led me to leave a one-star review.
