I bought a smart pen and received a unit with a clear defect: it shuts off immediately when disconnected from the USB cable and cannot be powered on by itself. This renders it unusable. Despite submitting multiple videos demonstrating the problem, I found myself in a frustrating support loop with over 30 emails, where I was repeatedly asked to conduct tests that were impossible since the device wouldn't stay on. Instead of addressing the documented issue or escalating it for warranty evaluation, the same requests kept coming. Having used products from this brand both personally and professionally, I found this experience extremely disappointing and well below my expectations for a premium brand. A clear hardware failure should not lead to such a lengthy and unproductive support process. Based on this situation, I cannot recommend this pen.
