I was a happy customer for years until I recently bought new briefs and found the elastic removed from the leg holes. The briefs now don't hold their shape and ride up. I know I'm not in the wrong size; it's the same size I've been wearing happily. I follow the service on social media but had no idea about the design change. I can't return the two pairs for a refund since I've worn them. Very disappointed and unlikely to purchase again unless the elastic returns, which seems doubtful. Why not offer both elastic and non-elastic options?
