I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but I loved the whole concept behind the service. I decided to try one of their bras, especially since they have a great returns policy. I was instantly impressed and now, instead of rushing home to take off my bra, I actually enjoy wearing it. They are a bit snug initially, but that’s okay. They provide excellent support and shape, plus a bit of cleavage if I'm feeling it. I'm also a fan of the various patterns and colors. I've ended up with four of them, leaving my old bras behind. I'll never return to uncomfortable, scratchy underwired bras.
I was a happy customer for years until I recently bought new briefs and found the elastic removed from the leg holes. The briefs now don't hold their shape and ride up. I know I'm not in the wrong size; it's the same size I've been wearing happily. I follow the service on social media but had no idea about the design change. I can't return the two pairs for a refund since I've worn them. Very disappointed and unlikely to purchase again unless the elastic returns, which seems doubtful. Why not offer both elastic and non-elastic options?
I recently visited the headquarters and had a fitting with a friendly representative who made me feel at ease. The bras I left with have given me such a sense of freedom! I've enjoyed dancing with energy this past week because I feel both supported and comfortable. I highly recommend trying out each style they offer; all have worked wonderfully for me.
