Mollie is actively sabotaging my business. I processed my first high-ticket payment of $3,000 USD, which was fully accepted and authorized. Immediately after taking the money, Mollie shut down my account and blocked all access to my dashboard.

I am now in a position where Mollie is holding my customer’s funds, but I cannot ship the product because they have cut off my cash flow. This is not just "risk management"—this is a predatory practice. They have effectively paralyzed my operations and are refusing to provide any transparency or access to my own financial data.

I have high-ticket customers waiting for their orders, and Mollie’s "support" is non-existent while they sit on my money. If this is not resolved immediately and my access restored, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the Financial Ombudsman.
