Account Blocked Early and Funds Withheld — Very Frustrating Experience
I have had a very disappointing experience with Mollie. My account was suddenly blocked and my payments were suspended without any clear explanation.
Previously, I was informed that my account would be under a 90-day review period due to a chargeback and my history with other payment providers. This review period was supposed to end on 19 March 2026. However, my account was blocked on 9 March 2026, which is 10 days before the review period was due to end.
Since then, I have contacted the support team several times but have received only vague responses. Support has repeatedly told me that they do not have visibility into my account and that someone from the relevant team will contact me, but no one ever follows up.
I have sent multiple emails and still have not received any meaningful update or resolution.
This situation is putting serious pressure on my business. My funds are currently inaccessible, and without clear communication or a timeline, it is becoming extremely difficult to continue operating.
The lack of transparency, support, and accountability in this situation has been incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mollie as a payment provider.
