Lack of Support for Products

The return policy states a 30-day window for returns, requiring items to be in original condition with tags and packaging. I met all the criteria, but they requested photos to assess the issue. The sweatshirt I ordered was excessively large, resembling a 2XL instead of a large. I asked for a return, but they only offered me a $6 refund on a $31 item. When I protested, they suggested I could return it, but shipping would cost $30-$40, and they offered a $9 refund. Additionally, it took over a month to receive my order, which they deemed acceptable. Their support is lacking, and they do not stand by their products.
