Frustrating Experience with Return Policy

The return policy states a 30-day window for returns after receiving an item. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. I met all these criteria but was asked to provide pictures of my item for assessment. The sweatshirt I ordered in a large size fit more like a 2XL. When I requested a return, they claimed they couldn't identify any issues and offered a mere $6 refund on a $31 item. I found that unacceptable, and while they eventually agreed to a return, they informed me the shipping cost would be $30-$40, offering only a $9 refund. Additionally, it took over a month to receive my order, which they considered acceptable. Their support is lacking and they do not stand by their products, leading to a very disappointing experience.

Appalling Company Service

This company has been appalling. I received a notification that my package was delivered, but since I have a locked mailbox, I knew it hadn't. After waiting days with no package, I had numerous back-and-forth emails before they finally provided a tracking number that didn't match my details. Now it's been six weeks, and they refuse to take responsibility, blaming the carrier instead. Please avoid this company at all costs; they seem like a scam.

A Series of Issues

I initially spent $60 on shirts, but they charged my card $75. They quickly refunded the extra charge, which should have been my warning. Shipping was a mess, with no tracking provided unless I begged after weeks. A month later, still no shirts, and they provided a tracking number for a service that wasn't USPS. After checking with neighbors and the post office, I found no packages delivered. Eventually, the shirts arrived from a return address far away, unrelated to the tracking numbers I received. It's clear they have no clue what they're doing and are willing to mislead customers. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.
