Frustrating Experience with Return Policy

The return policy states a 30-day window for returns after receiving an item. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. I met all these criteria but was asked to provide pictures of my item for assessment. The sweatshirt I ordered in a large size fit more like a 2XL. When I requested a return, they claimed they couldn't identify any issues and offered a mere $6 refund on a $31 item. I found that unacceptable, and while they eventually agreed to a return, they informed me the shipping cost would be $30-$40, offering only a $9 refund. Additionally, it took over a month to receive my order, which they considered acceptable. Their support is lacking and they do not stand by their products, leading to a very disappointing experience.
