Avoid Molly Maid 'Move in' service!

Booked Molly Maid for a 'move in' service which was meant to include wiping all baseboards, doorframes, window sills and cupboards, as well as deep cleaning the bathrooms and washing the floors/surfaces. The place was broom swept by the previous owners and there were 4 pieces of furniture in the place when the two ladies arrived. The office called me and asked if they could extend the time the ladies were cleaning for an extra charge so they wouldn't 'rush' and do a poor job. I heartily agreed as I figured it would save me time and allow me to paint and then move in more rapidly. When I arrived, I was hard pressed to see what, they had done. Some things had been superficially wiped, but others, like the top of the fridge had been 2/3 wiped and the remainder just left. Didn't appear that any baseboards were wiped down, there were streaks all over the floor and stove from where they may have tried to wash things, the basement wash basin was untouched and some floors appear to have been missed entirely because they were still filthy when I checked them. Some window sills and light fixtures were either not dusted/wiped at all or were only partially done. Having paid $423.75 for the extended cleaning, I expressed my disappointment with the service and was initially offered a complimentary 're-clean' of the place. I explained that I had now had to do the cleaning myself anyhow because we were painting and moving our belongings into the property, so also wouldn't be able to coordinate a time for weeks, so asked about other compensation. I was offered a $45 credit. I explained how I felt that the amount was inadequate (doesn't even cover the HST), included pictures of some of the missed areas and have heard nothing back for 5 days, nor has the credit appeared back on my card. Truly a shame that their actual service and follow up resolution suggestion was so poor.
