I have been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. While the service has taken responsibility for past damages, last week my stove top was scratched significantly. They acknowledged the scratch but later claimed it was pre-existing. I felt disrespected when an office representative accused me of dishonesty, leading me to cancel my service.
I have been a customer since the early days of this service in the area. My team leader has been consistent for many years, and I appreciated their work and efficiency. However, last week, they scratched my stainless steel stove top. This was a noticeable scratch, and they even called me to inform me about it and shared photos. When a supervisor came to assess the situation, the team claimed it was already damaged, which was not true. I felt insulted when an office representative accused me of lying. This experience led me to cancel my service—not just because of the scratch, but due to the way I was treated.
I had a very disappointing experience. The service charged me a significant amount for cleaning a small space but left dirty dishes, a clogged sink, and a garbage bag inside. They didn’t even clean the refrigerator properly, leaving food remnants behind. The cleaning lasted only about two hours, and they didn’t do any laundry. The pricing was exorbitant for such poor service. When I called to express my concerns, they offered a small discount, which was not satisfactory. I won’t be using them again.
If I could rate this service lower, I would. They are very disorganized and unprofessional, providing subpar cleaning for high prices. I have also heard that they do not treat their employees well, which is concerning. Overall, I found the experience to be quite unpleasant.
The cleaning team arrived a bit early and immediately got to work, doing an excellent job on our entire house, including the basement. They worked quickly relative to the size of the job and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.
This was my first time using their service, and the initial cleaning was more expensive due to it being a deep clean. For a small space, the cost was unexpectedly high. After three hours of cleaning, I was quoted a price much higher than expected. I wish I had researched better before choosing this service.
