I visited your store in Cambridge and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I wanted to look at the rosemary shampoo and conditioner. I was approached straight away, the lady offering to help me. I explained what I was looking for and I asked her if you did samples of the shampoo and conditioner as I wanted to know if it would be suitable for my hair type. She said yes, she had small bottles to purchase, however upon checking she then told me they were out of stock. She then asked if I was going to buy a small bottle of black pepper shower gel! I was a bit confusedI then tried the shampoo on my hand at the basins in store, it smelled really nice but of course this gave me no idea as to if it would be suitable for my hair.After I washed my hand with the shampoo I looked for a paper towel to dry my hands on, there were none. The member of staff who had spoken to me presented me with a half used roll of toilet paper to dry my hands on! Absolutely not the standard I expect from a Molton Brown storeI feel so strongly about this that I felt I had to contact you. The member of staff I encountered did not listen to me, gave me incorrect information about products and offended me by giving me a toilet roll which was part usedCould I please ask if you do infact provide small samples of shampoo and conditioner? I look forward to hearing from you
