Disappointed with the Gift Sets for Christmas

I ordered some lovely gift sets for Christmas, but what I received was not what was shown on the website. The contents of the ‘gift sets’ arrived loose, lacking the beautiful gift boxes that were advertised. Now, I see that the lovely boxes are no longer featured, replaced by a note stating ‘the gift wrap type may vary’. This is unacceptable; such information was not present when I placed my order. If the stock was unavailable, it would have been better to cancel the order or include a note and an apology in the package. What I received instead of a premium gift is just a few random bottles. This does not qualify as a gift set!

I ordered a gift set that was clearly shown online with a gift box. Instead, I received loose items without proper packaging, rendering the set unfit as a gift. When I contacted the support team, I was informed that gift boxes were 'out of stock' and that the website mentions 'gift wrap type may vary.' This was not a minor change; the product was advertised as a boxed set, which is what I paid for and expected. Receiving unboxed items is not the same. When I raised my concerns, the only solution offered was an oversized box that didn’t fit the items. The response felt dismissive and showed no acknowledgment of the misleading product listing. Overall, this experience has been profoundly disappointing and has made me reconsider future purchases from the company.

Beware of This Company!

I ordered a gift on 18/11/25, but it never arrived. After complaining, I was contacted by a representative who claimed it was a courier issue and that the gift would be resent along with some testers as an apology. However, what my aging step-mother received was just the samples—no gift at all. This company has taken my money without delivering what I purchased. PLEASE AVOID THEM; they seem more interested in your money than their reputation. I am now out of pocket and seeking legal advice. They owe me money and are not responding to my emails or calls. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR YOUR GIFT NEEDS.

Stay Away!

Stay Away! I ordered a large parcel, but several items were missing. When I reached out to customer support, they said they arranged for the remaining items to be sent via a delivery service. I was home during the expected delivery, but I received a message stating the parcel was behind a bin. My bins are secured, and the delivery photo was not from my address. When I contacted customer service again, they only offered a partial refund for the missing items without any explanation. I requested contact information to file a formal complaint, but none was provided. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Gift Sets Received Without Boxes

I ordered four 'gift sets' that arrived without any gift boxes. Additionally, the bottles appeared to have been tossed in without any internal packaging. The company should not advertise gift sets if they do not include the actual gift boxes.

Disappointment at the Local Store

I am very disappointed. I purchased perfume, body lotion, and shower gel on November 30, spending £187 at the local store. My friend and I traveled 40 minutes to get there. While the staff was friendly during the purchase, I later discovered that I was given the wrong perfume worth £140. I didn't take the receipt as it was a personal purchase. When I called the store to explain the inconvenience, the staff seemed uninterested but agreed to exchange it. Upon arriving for the exchange, I noticed signs for a 25% discount throughout the store. I didn't ask for a discount on my perfume, which would have been £35 towards something else. To make matters worse, the staff altered the receipt so I received no discount. I expected better customer service.

No Longer Supporting This Brand

I placed an order for three shower gels, a gift box, and a personal message. I did not receive any gift boxes, although I was supposed to get three for each shower gel purchased. Additionally, the personal message I requested was not included. How difficult is it to pack three items and print a note? If this can't be done, then don't offer it as an option; without it, I don't need the shower gels. For a so-called 'high-quality' brand, proper packing should be standard. After being a customer for years, I will no longer support this brand.
