Most terrible customer service EVER experienced, I placed an order on the 2nd November 2020 and it still has not arrived! Despite emails to customer service I have never received a response other than an automated message to phone ....... What a joke that is! How can a company operate a Customer Service department that is only open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm? This is so outdated! You can never get through, I have never received a response, an apology or a phone call and still some 19 days after placing an order I still have not received it???? This is despite getting an email from Molton Brown asking how I was enjoying the product .... What product? The tracking states it is in Leicester and yet I live in Leeds ....... It has been there since the 4th November ...... And yet no email, no phone call and no apology or product. THIS IS SHAMEFUL
