I really like many of the products, but what is really frustrating is the poor customer service when you order online. Just opened up a package, only to find that the free sample had been forced into the gift-wrapped order - therefore damaging both. Come on Molton Brown - use people who know how to pack a parcel. What's the point of shopping online if the items are going to arrive damaged. You try and contact customer service but never get any response beyond a holding email.At the end of the day, the products are good but it means I'm going to have to re-gift wrap when that was partly why I ordered the items I did.
