Despite contacting your customer service team multiple times, I have received no response. The lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly given that the order has not been delivered.
As the order has not been received, I am now requesting a full refund to my original payment method.
Please confirm in writing that this refund has been processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 7 days, I will escalate the matter further, including initiating a chargeback and submitting a formal complaint.
