I was told migration would proceed regardless, despite my requests for policies going unanswered. I was informed that I must continue with migration due to a signed contract, yet they couldn't assure me about my data's protection or deletion. I've now requested this information for the fifth time and will escalate this issue to the necessary governing bodies. Currently, I'm on support chat, and since mentioning the fraud team and police report, they have gone silent.
