I really like the Momence platform, it works well and is easy for me to use, minimal issues from the client side as well. Just be aware that they will tell you all that you have to pay as a business is the subscription fee, but you will actually be charged a lot in processing fees through their processing partner Stripe. I confirmed with the Momence rep before I signed up that there would be no extra fees that would surprise me on a monthly basis.
I am now charged double what I pay for the subscription each month, on Stripe processing fees. Pretty disappointing and crippling for a very small business such as my own.
Stripe is impossible to communicate with and you will only be able to speak with a robot.
I wish the fees were outlined prior to signing up.
Outside of the financials I am happy with the platform as a service.

Update on the situation

An update regarding my experience. The company has now replied to my email after I left a review, but despite cancelling my contract before the billing date, they are still attempting to charge me. This phone call was recorded, and it’s documented that I wouldn’t be charged if I cancelled before the trial ended. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Disappointing experience with promises

I was promised a turnaround for my business by trying the service as a last resort before closing down next year. During a Zoom call, I foolishly shared my card details without confirming if it was recorded. Later, while on a support call regarding migration, I provided my login credentials, and during a subsequent Zoom call, those details were visible to others. Within two hours, someone else requested access to my system. By 10 PM, a new profile was created, and money was transferred from my account, which was fortunately frozen by another platform. Given my business's critical financial situation, this caused immense stress. I immediately reached out to the team for their data protection policies for a police report. I was told migration would proceed regardless, despite my requests for policies going unanswered. I was informed that I must continue with migration due to a signed contract, yet they couldn't assure me about my data's protection or deletion. I've now requested this information for the fifth time and will escalate this issue to the necessary governing bodies. Currently, I'm on support chat, and since mentioning the fraud team and police report, they have gone silent.
