I just want to say I have been so pleased with the way that Sarah who has helped me with my issues as the bracelet I bought ended up being too small and this is being sorted out as we speak. I was really happy with the quality, look and feel of the bracelet though and there sending me a bigger size .Thank you so so much sarah
