I just want to say I have been so pleased with the way that Sarah who has helped me with my issues as the bracelet I bought ended up being too small and this is being sorted out as we speak.
I was really happy with the quality, look and feel of the bracelet though and there sending me a bigger size .

Beware of this company, is a scammer and paid 40 pound for a bracelet BUT the product never reach the recipient. Simply sent 2 photos stated " DELIVERED". The photos not even is my house mail box.Wrote in to their customer service to complaint , response given was delivered and asked me to go around my whole neighborhood to look for my parcel. Super hilarious and not responsible for their mishap. Hence ask for refund but with no avail.So , Please whoever read my message , kindly spread the new NOT TO BUY from them anymore. I didnt check the review and go ahead with the purchased was the mistake i made. So far, all the reviews are negative.Everyone, please do not repeat my mistake by losing money and not receiving anything at all.
SCAM DO NOT BUY. Terrible customer service and worse shipping. Tracking shows it's been over a month and not even left china now it's being returned to china. Said to arrive for Christmas and clearly never did. Presents ruined. The order was over £100 and once they were asked for an update they simply said it will be there this week even though tracking clearly showed this was a blatant Lie. Asked for a refund and zero response.
I bought 2 bracelets for my 2 sons. They arrived and they were just like advertised. Perfect! I needed something else and spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah. Sarah couldn’t do enough for me. She got back to me straight away and kept in contact until the matter was resolved. Fantastic customer service from Sarah. Would highly recommend this company and Sarah is an asset to them.
Purchased this for my son. He loves it. Very good quality bracelet. I ordered the max size which is too loose on his wrist. I emailed customer service and Sarah has been helpful from the beginning. She reply to my email promptly and told me that she will send me a replacement bracelet. Thank you. Will definitely buy again.
Firstly the bracelet is of a lovely quality and perfect for the gift I wanted to give my son! Secondly after I ordered the wrong size (my fault) Sarah from their customer service department was v helpful and friendly and has sorted everything out for me!
From the get go, I went to look at my order?It said I could not even log in. I wrote customer service, they gave me a tracking number, based on my order #. But I want to view my order. Nope. Not happening. Really? Next issue?My order is supposed to go to my son in Canada. This supposed tracking order says it's coming to the US. Where? How would I know?I went back to their site. Now, my order number AND tracking order DO NOT EXIST! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
UPDATE.... This has turned in to a truly disappointing experience! I eventually received my new bracelet & card but no apology complimentary gifts! and due to noone listening the card also arrived damaged again! A piece of card in an envelope is bound to get damaged! I emailed the company and was ignored, I emailed several times and eventually Sarah replied, she apologised and said she would send a third replacement card along with my complimentary gift which she asked me to choose. I emailed my choice and was ignored again, several emails later I was told I would receive my new card and gift shortly. Still nothing, no updates from Sarah, no gift, no card. Ive spent a stupidly long time trying to sort this. Wish i'd seen the reviews before i ordered.. This is a review of my experience so far! I received the bracelet and sadly whoever packaged it hadn't put the bracelet and card in the box, it was all packaged separately, had it not of been the damage Would have been minimal and only on the box itself. Unfortunately the package had been badly handled and the box, card and bracelet was damaged inside. I was so upset. The bracelet also cake up a little smaller than advertised. I contacted the company and Sarah got in touch very promptly with a lovely long apologetic email. They are making and engraving me a new one to send out and alos in the larger size to ensure it fits. They have also said they will send me some complimentary freebies as an apology. The bracelet itself seemed of good quality and looked exactly as advertised (minus the damage). I am yet to receive the replacement as its only need a couple of days but so far the customer service I have received has been outstanding, cant fault it and thats a rare thing it seems nowadays! I look forward to receiving my new bracelet and freebies. My advice to the company would be package everything in the box to avoid everything getting damaged.
