UPDATE.... This has turned in to a truly disappointing experience! I eventually received my new bracelet & card but no apology complimentary gifts! and due to noone listening the card also arrived damaged again! A piece of card in an envelope is bound to get damaged! I emailed the company and was ignored, I emailed several times and eventually Sarah replied, she apologised and said she would send a third replacement card along with my complimentary gift which she asked me to choose. I emailed my choice and was ignored again, several emails later I was told I would receive my new card and gift shortly. Still nothing, no updates from Sarah, no gift, no card. Ive spent a stupidly long time trying to sort this. Wish i'd seen the reviews before i ordered.. This is a review of my experience so far! I received the bracelet and sadly whoever packaged it hadn't put the bracelet and card in the box, it was all packaged separately, had it not of been the damage Would have been minimal and only on the box itself. Unfortunately the package had been badly handled and the box, card and bracelet was damaged inside. I was so upset. The bracelet also cake up a little smaller than advertised. I contacted the company and Sarah got in touch very promptly with a lovely long apologetic email. They are making and engraving me a new one to send out and alos in the larger size to ensure it fits. They have also said they will send me some complimentary freebies as an apology. The bracelet itself seemed of good quality and looked exactly as advertised (minus the damage). I am yet to receive the replacement as its only need a couple of days but so far the customer service I have received has been outstanding, cant fault it and thats a rare thing it seems nowadays! I look forward to receiving my new bracelet and freebies. My advice to the company would be package everything in the box to avoid everything getting damaged.
