Wish I could give it a nil rating. Bracelet finally arrived. It's OK but not as good quality as advertised. The daughter ring never arrived. I was told it was posted separately. It never arrived. I was then told, they would investigate with courier. Didn't hear anything again. I complained. No reply.Took it up with PayPal. I gave copies of emails, pictures of what was ordered.All I asked for was money back for not receiving the ring, that I would accept the bracelet because at least I would have that to gove to our son.Eventually PayPal said I hadnt provided enough info for the case to be closed in my favour. Gutted, as I'm not exactly rich!!! Don't buy anything from Moments Gifted. You'll be disappointed 😞
