While the installation process went smoothly and the technicians were very professional, we encountered issues with our solar panels after just a year of use. A technician came to assess the situation and identified that the problem stemmed from the Enphase micro inverters.One aspect that was frustrating was that Momentum Solar initially voided our warranty because we didn't purchase or install our battery system through them. They also required a $400 service fee before examining our system. However, we later found out that our warranty had not actually been voided, which was a relief. Ultimately, we decided to work with another company to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a positive step. This experience highlighted the importance of understanding warranty terms and exploring multiple options for service.
