I ordered a coat and was told it was shipped the next day. However, after numerous emails and contacting my bank, it was sent to me three weeks later. The item was nothing like what was shown on the website—very flimsy and poorly fitting. I ordered a size 10, but it felt more like a size 8 and had a hole in the pocket. I will have to accept my losses, as getting a refund will likely take a long time. Disappointing experience.
