hey my jacket arrived to me and i liked it very much because its very comfortabale and quailty superb its not a random quaility jacket but great one very happy with this order.
I ordered a quilted jacket with an animal print lining, but when it arrived, the quality was very disappointing and it didn't match the advertised item. The shape, fabric, and quilting were all subpar. It also arrived much later than I anticipated. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was offered only 10% back and could keep the item, which was very poor. They later offered me a 15% refund along with a lengthy message about return costs. I would not recommend purchasing from this site again.
I bought their best-selling coat, but it did not match the advertisement. The material felt cheap and looked different from the pictures. I waited almost a month for delivery, as it supposedly came from the Netherlands, and they expect me to pay for the return. My advice is to avoid buying from them.

I placed an order and received a tracking number. However, when I tracked it through various couriers, none recognized the number. I'm starting to question the legitimacy of this company. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. Delivery times seem unclear; I may have to seek a refund from my bank if I don't receive my order or an update by Friday.
