I recently completed the Diploma of Leadership and Management with Monarch Institute and had a great experience. The course was practical, well-structured, and easy to balance with work and life commitments. The support from trainers and assessors was excellent, and the content was highly relevant to real-world leadership. I feel more confident in my skills and would highly recommend Monarch Institute.
Well laid out modules however content is outdated and needs updating. Especially with the computer program units.There were no Zoom classes or webinars either which would have been good.Assessors were brilliant in marking, feedback and turnaround.
The course was designed to do at self pace with some set guidetimes. Some of the material was out of date by a number of years so the answer which was true in quizzes were wrong as you needed to follow the set textbooks. Trainers were good when you needed to get them, either via zoom or email, at times zooms were hard to get in a timely manner often a week or so out. The facebook group was good and helpful. Overall a good experience.
