I ordered trousers based on their online advertisement. They clearly do not care. The trousers were intended for a tall adult, but what I received could barely fit a child. There’s been no response from their UK contact number, and I haven’t heard back from them about a refund. I've concluded that they are scammers. Unfortunately, I lost money I worked hard for.
