I can only give the lowest score possible, as I can’t give zero stars.
Very poor service and completely unresponsive,
I ordered some polo shirts, before I ordered I emailed asking about sizing, no response,
I rolled the dice and ordered 08/01/25 what I thought would be XL, after 3 weeks the shirts finally arrived, not from the UK as it’s claimed, but China- no issue but 3 weeks? , I can get items in 3 days normally from the same country.
Anyhow they sent the wrong size, they are large and a very small large, they are like midriff shirts.
I emailed them on the day 27th of January- when they arrived to organise refund or replacement with the correct size.
Here we are on the 5th of February and despite at least 7 emails, I have not had a response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my previous emails.
I get at least 2 emails a day from them trying to flog other stuff to me, and I reply to each email with, answer my emails, but no reply.
None of their email addresses seem to be actioned upon, or simply ignored, so if I were you, do not deal with Monarch Wear UK, or whoever they pretend to be.
The service has proven to be unreliable. I placed an order for shoes a month ago, but there are no tracking features or cancellation options. I haven't received confirmation about my order, leaving me uncertain about its status and whether I will ever receive it.
I ordered trousers based on their online advertisement. They clearly do not care. The trousers were intended for a tall adult, but what I received could barely fit a child. There’s been no response from their UK contact number, and I haven’t heard back from them about a refund. I've concluded that they are scammers. Unfortunately, I lost money I worked hard for.
I ordered on November 8th and just received my two pairs of pants today, November 24th. They went straight into the trash. I wouldn't even consider donating them due to the poor quality. It's disgusting that they can operate like this without consequences.
This company deserves a negative rating. It's likely a scam. They stop responding after you make a payment. Their products are of extremely low quality, sizes are incorrect, and they don't match their promotional content. They don't provide any assistance for returning wrong items. They should be banned from trading.
Caution - this company operates like scammers. I paid for 'Express Delivery,' which took 3 to 4 weeks. The item arrived 'NOT AS DESCRIBED.' Following the refund process via email (as there are no contact numbers), I’ve sent multiple emails without receiving any reply. They continue to ignore me after taking my money, and I strongly advise against wasting your money as I have. I am reporting them to trading standards due to their lack of business ethics.
I received my order on November 1st and tried to contact the company to return the boots since they don’t match the ones advertised and aren't even leather. I sent emails and reached out through their website with no response. Extremely disappointing service; avoid this company.
