Long delays in dispatch blamed on low stocks.Shoes when arrived were too small in spite of choosing my normal size.They offered to replace if I sent extra carriage of £12, which I did eventually ( the site would not allow me to pay for over a week due to system error ? )The backpack was fine.It is now 9 weeks further on and I still have not received the replacement shoes.I have given up on customer service and requested a refund of the additional £12 carriage sent.I can get no response at all and conveniently there is no phone line ( I suspect if there was, it would be permanantly blocked ! )
