I can only give the lowest score possible, as I can’t give zero stars.
Very poor service and completely unresponsive,
I ordered some polo shirts, before I ordered I emailed asking about sizing, no response,
I rolled the dice and ordered 08/01/25 what I thought would be XL, after 3 weeks the shirts finally arrived, not from the UK as it’s claimed, but China- no issue but 3 weeks? , I can get items in 3 days normally from the same country.
Anyhow they sent the wrong size, they are large and a very small large, they are like midriff shirts.
I emailed them on the day 27th of January- when they arrived to organise refund or replacement with the correct size.
Here we are on the 5th of February and despite at least 7 emails, I have not had a response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my previous emails.
I get at least 2 emails a day from them trying to flog other stuff to me, and I reply to each email with, answer my emails, but no reply.
None of their email addresses seem to be actioned upon, or simply ignored, so if I were you, do not deal with Monarch Wear UK, or whoever they pretend to be.
